What you're buying
Taleivo sells digital e-books (PDF files). When you complete a purchase you receive a download link immediately; there is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
Who you're buying from
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, applicable VAT and sales taxes, receipts, and file delivery. Their terms apply to the payment transaction; these terms apply to your use of the books.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive license to read the PDF on your own devices and print copies for your own use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share the files. For classroom or group use, email us about a group license.
Refunds & level swaps
Digital files can't be returned, but we're not interested in keeping money for books that don't fit. Within 14 days of purchase, email us to swap a book for a different level or title, or to request a refund if nothing suits.
